Great service. Great food.
After we were seated we had to ask for the physical menu. We got a variety of dishes to try and while nothing was bad, nothing was great as well. I probably enjoyed the duck and eemian dishes the most. They also don’t serve orh nee which was a slight letdown.
Service wise it definitely felt a touch off for a Chinese restaurant which could be much more warm and hospitable. As for atmosphere the decor is elegant and fresh.
Dining here reminds me of the food that I had at a restaurant at The Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong many years ago. The food is very very good. One can tell that the chef’s learned techniques and skills have transformed fish maw in a soup into crispy crunch like that of a vegetable. It’s food that can make you weep. Thank you, Chef, for all your hard work and dedication. I am honored and grateful to taste your creations.
The food was very much up to standard (the prawn dumplings were 5$++ a piece which is definitely pricey, 1 basket is 15!).
The dim sum menu could be more extensive. Reservations definitely needed

We had a customised menu for the elderlies and received raving reviews from them. Many also enjoyed their signature fried rice.
I am also pleasantly surprised by the longevity buns. It was presented in a beautiful tree set up and most importantly came soft and warm. Small little details such as the "paper" at the bottom was also edible make it even more presentable.
Truly a beautiful and sweet ending for the celebration.
